Hey there :)
I updated your example to make it work with Nuxt.js, and also added
routes.jsonso we have a working demo.Also, I removed micro since it's not useful since we can use Nuxt.js server for the demo purpose and make it easier to understand.
With this, it would be really easy to create a Nuxt module so the users would only have to install the module and provide their GA id 🙌
