Brain Tumor Detection Using Convolutional Neural Networks
To get a local copy up and running follow these simple example steps.
You will need:
- Python
- Tensorflow
- scikit-learn
- Flask
- Make sure you have python3 setup on your system
- Clone the repo
git clone https://github.com/ctrl-gaurav/Brain-Tumor-Detection.git
- Install requirements
pip install -r requirements.txt
- Run app.py
python app.py
If you want to train your own model
- Make sure you have python3 setup on your system
- Clone the repo
git clone https://github.com/ctrl-gaurav/Brain-Tumor-Detection.git
- Install requirements
pip install -r requirements.txt
- Run Train.py
python Train.py
- Your Model is saved in models folder
- Change Your model name in test.py and then test your model
- Run Test.py
python Test.py
