Variable name is wrong. Follows a tiny fix. Otherwise you get following error:
"Error: Failed to apply catalog: Could not find dependency File[/opt/pbis-open] for Package[pbis-open] at /etc/puppet/modules/pbis/manifests/init.pp:44"
