With Measurepedia forget about writing down your measurements in notebooks or objects that you can lose, just save it in your cell phone and consult it whenever you want.
Measurepedia allows you to configure the "Body Parts" you need and the measures of it, even the "Metric System Units" your require.
Measurepedia can be installed through the published releases for the Android Platform.
Just download the .apk file on your device and follow the established steps for installing.
