Test podman.network-single failing consistently on OpenStack on next stream #901

Ran 4 times, each time at least one of the 100 pings failed. E.g.:

yeah I don't know if this is the environment (vexxhost) being bad or something we can do in the test to make it a little less sensitive. Not sure what the best course of action is.

This is getting to be enough of a pain in the XXX. Should we disable this test on openstack? Any ideas on if this is a real failure or an artificial failure? Is the test valid or not?

It started running again on 2021-09-01 and is passing so let's remove
it from the list.
