Bump conda-store-ui version

To bump the ui version (from a clean clone)

    $ conda activate jupyterlab-conda-store
    
    // update @conda-store/conda-store-ui dep in package.json
    
    $ jlpm install

The diff is big because the lock file was generated with with yarn v1 rather than a more modern yarn v3.
