Currently cuSPARSELt is only used on Linux:

pytorch-cpu-feedstock/recipe/meta.yaml

Line 134 in 39b84c3

- cusparselt # [linux]

However there are Windows packages for cuSPARSELt

Would be interested to know if there were issues encountered during Windows bringup that need to be addressed

As it would be great if we could supply cuSPARSELt enabled builds to Windows users
