Would you update dependencies except aws-c-xxx?
Because there are complex dependencies among aws-c-xxx, we can't update these recipes simply.
To update aws-c-xxx recipes, we have to update aws-c-common, aws-c-sdkutils, aws-c-io,... etc step by step.
