Fix the Traceback error when trying to access a non-existent region #10

This change covers refactor the EC2 connection code for each of the EC2 classes that connect to EC2 based on the region. If the region is not set, an error is sent to the user that they have entered an invalid region.

This change refactors the EC2 base class to verify that the region is set before attempting to act on it. This should fix the traceback error as well as let the user know when they have entered an invalid region.

There were also some fixes for other bugs such as accessing non-existent variables, and copy paste errors
