Upgrades the appliance to Gitea 1.17.3 and adds Identity as an OAuth2 authentication source.
The Gitea administrator account is linked to default Identity administrator account, so changing two passwords is no longer necessary. Further, the native Gitea administrator password is now randomly generated at build and stored in the
gitea-admin-credssecret in thecommonnamespace.
