This expands the set of autocompletion hints on PhpStorm to include a few more functions.

Yeah, me too. After a civibuild reinstall, it still kinda works-out for me since the old metadata stayed in place. But it would be nice to enable it anew each time. (We could check for .idea folders in a couple common places and then autoenable? I dunno.) Anyway, separate issue. :)

yeah separate issue - maybe we should have separate builds - we have drupal-clean & drupal-demo - drupal-dev - would also have debugging & smarty3 enabled....
