Overview

This allows extensions (e.g. ReCaptcha) to provide new element types. They are editable in the GUI via a generic template, and extensions can provide their own templates for further configurability.

Before

Possible for an extension to add element types but no way to configure them in the GUI.

After

Now they can. Documentation added here: https://lab.civicrm.org/documentation/docs/dev/-/merge_requests/1039
