Overview

This enables the Longitude Field on Address Editing by default for new installs

Before

Latitude field enabled but Longitude field not enabled on Address Editing

I tested this & it seems to work fine - added screen shots. Looks like neither were showing before - but I think you were referring to the setting not the user experience
