Overview
This fixes a fatal error and a subsequently discovered nonfatal error when trying to print/merge from the case search screen.
I believe this was caused by refactoring done for https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-17606 - @jitendrapurohit would you please review this?
