Consume latest verite changes generaling relatiionship between manifests/credentials and allowing multiple credentials / attestations in a definition.
TODO / followup: status changes don't seem to be working; confirmed this was true before my changs. e.g.., if I change the verifier status to revoked, the verification succeeds. Create a tracking issue
