Validating Editor for NIP JSON schemas.

package.json / tsconfig

• Some work requried here to ensure we're working from the latest NDK
• package.json
  • Fixed ndk entry to reference the correct package in source tree.
• tsconfig
  • After fixing up package.json, seeing errors again as described in this issue: Types that are found, but not exported in package.json, should still be usable microsoft/TypeScript#52363
  • solution was to add "resolvePackageJsonExports": false as described in a thread comment on this PR: Add the types condition to the package.json#exports gxmari007/vite-plugin-eslint#60
