LR model to diagnose pneumonia by X-Ray. All codes are in the ipynb file Dataset is converted from the true xray images into csv file (with label), Two more folders are needed to run the whole diagonose analysis, 'normal' that contains the xrays of healthy patients, 'pneumonia' that contains the xrays of pneumonia-infected patients.
