Since the defect was marked as high priority. I have opened 2 Prs one of the PRs will be merged to main and the other to A11y-mvb branch . This PR (merged to main) can be released for the consumers asap since we have not planned the mvb release yet. |

Summary
Allow users to set programmatic focus to the hyperlink. This fix shows the focus box on the hyperlink when a popup is closed and the active element is the hyperlink component.
