Impossible to delete a label when editing a campaign

Hello,

I found a regression on the latest version of Cerberus (4.13.1) regarding labels in the definition of the test cases scope from labels of a campaign.

Like you can see one the video, when we create a campaign and we add a label in the criteria, the save is done correctly, but it is then no longer possible to delete it when modifying the campaign. I have try this one our previous release (4.11.2) and it works fine.

Another less important problem, when adding a label, if you delete it and want to add it again you get an error. You must then cancel the edition and start over (like you can see in the video)
