Fixed art.idx size (it was too big and UOFiddler couldn't read it properly).
Added internal support to compression of the uop file contents, even though it appears that compressed data isn't supported by the Classic Client (while it is by the Enhanced Client). This means that the client expects the same, uncompressed, data of the mul file packed inside the uop file, not exploiting its size-reducing potential...
