Moves the preview images directly into
assets/for simplicity's sake and removes the .gitkeep file. I renamed the extension to just "Catppuccin", and updated the authors information to list the Catppuccin organization instead - I find that the extension doesn't look official(ly endorsed) when the contact info is of a single person. I also redid the documentation, clarifying some steps and linking to the Zed documentation more liberally.I should also note that as I was moving around the preview images I noticed that the colors in them don't look accurate, the quality might not have been lossless when converted to WebP. Might be worth redoing them.
