fix: rebuilt recon laser recipe no longer overrides gatling laser recipe

Purpose of change

This fixes a copypaste blunder I made in #2829 that I completely failed to notice for basically over a year until someone on the subreddit pointed it out.

Corrected the other mech laser recipe to use the recon mech's laser instead of using the gatling laser a second time.

1. Checked affected file for syntax and lint errors.
2. Load-tested and checked all recipes, it's there now.
