  • adds CI (albeit incomplete until cert_limbo branch is merged)
  • changes from cert_limbo branch, including addition of IP address name constraints
  • add getter/setter methods of CertificationPathSettings and CertificationPathResults
  • make populate_5280_pki_environment a method of PkiEnvironment
  • add feature to enable validating certs signed with RSA w/SHA1

Limbo mods and refactoring of CertificationPathSettings
…pulled in bitvec and cidr dependencies)

- Addressed some clippy warnings (which resulted in MSRV bump for PITTv3 so bumped certval too)
- Fixed bug in permitted subtree handling where paths with multiple values of multiple name forms were not handled correctly
- Improve handling of not support name constraints varieties
- Handle unrecognized critical extensions in TA when enforcing TA constraints
This reverts commit 1aebae5.
Added support for IP address name constraints in std builds
This also brings the fix for `rfc5280::ee-empty-issuer`
