Dropdown component doesn't scale with large number of items

One of our designers pointed out the dropdown component doesn't scale with a large number of items in the list (see screenshot below). It seems like there should be a height set on the list content, and the user should be able to scroll through all the items.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Using the dropdown component, add enough items to the list so that the dropdown height exceeds the height of the current browser window.
