If you have installed cgpRna locally, to run pipelines implemented in cgpRna you'll need to follow the pages below to get started:

  1. Prepare mapping and QC reference data
  2. Run the mapping and QC pipeline
  3. Prepare fusion pipeline reference data, only if you need to run the fusion pipeline.
  4. Run the fusion pipeline
