bam_access_get_avg_readlength_from_bam: doesn't filter out sec/supp reads #64

bam_access.c: bam_access_get_avg_readlength_from_bam

Reads from the cflag set 2816 may be hard clipped (don't think soft affects l_qseq). This is very likely at the very start of a file as these reads will be adjacent to the NNN block.
