Addresses issue camelot-dev#346 by adding a statement identifying the second license for the docs theme
Addresses camelot-dev#346 by adding a line calling out the other license explicitly.
streamlines install instructions since ghostscript is no longer needed. Removes the [base] option since it does not exists in the .toml and generates a warning on install

Thanks, I'm thinking it would be nice to also list the other install options. It seems that those options have been lost when we transferred repo's. |

Provides minor updates to the install instructions because installing ghostscript is no longer required to use the package. Also the
[base]install option is not available in the .toml and generates a warning on install (still installs correctly though).Adds an additional license statement to explicitly identify the second license file in the codebase, associated with the docs theme. Resolves #346
