For PII to be handled as expected in tasks, a few things need to hold:

1. A dependency relationship should be set between a stakeholder role (dependee) and a data controller role (depender) for some information asset.
2. In tasks where PII is handled, at least one persona should hold a role which is either a data controller or data processor type.
