cimport script fails to overwrite database #177

Expected behaviour

cimport.py should overwrite existing database if overwrite flag is set

Actual behaviour

It doesn't.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Import model into test account
Run cimport.py for the same test account, setting overwrite flag to 1

Version of CAIRIS

1.5.2

Operating Systems / Hardware

Ubuntu/Safari
