Add example and note about subscribing whole teams #24

This PR adds a note to the README.md with an example on how to use this to subscribe whole teams as well as users. I've also added a note about a potential hiccup folks could run into if they use this to reference a team. I included a direct link to WordPress/openverse#320 in the README, but if y'all would prefer to just keep the note without the reference that's fine too 🙂

Thanks for the update! And also the note is pretty important and useful, we at Embark have run into this recently and didn't take the time to diagnose, so this is good to know what the fix is ❤️
