在openai栏增加azure的使用，修改id的创建形式，让其匹配name，当name为azure openai时切换azure openai api的调用
对deeplx的调用，将key和secret改为两个apiurl，适配他人提供的deeplx服务器
对本地的whisper调用，修正language -auto的命令，修正文件名（openai whisper创建字幕文件文件名好像会把“-”修改为“_”）
