Updated to 1.0.4

Code has been updated to build with the latest versions of VS studio and signed for the MSI file. Building is automated using makeproject (pip install makeprojects). Just type in "buildme" and it will build the tool and all of the VSIX files.

stripcomments.zip is the macos version of the standalone tool, built for PowerPC and Intel binaries. Compatible with ARM machines.
