Steps to reproduce

Remove all existing groups in project
Navigate to import/export page
Observe

Observed behavior

No Root project in import

Expected behavior

A root project is persistent even though user has no groups

Manvel added a commit that referenced this issue


          #94 - show Root in the import table even when no group
