Handling holidays and other market closures from a cron job can be annoying, because cron doesn't know about market hours. This adds support for gracefully handling exchange hours, such as choosing an action when the exchange is closed (exit, wait, continue), and handling after start/before close delays. Refer to thetagang.toml for usage and details.
