Closes #10894
Sets the openSUSE repository type to yast2 which fixes some refresh errors.
Add instructions to get around GConf2 vs gconf2.

Yes, I tested it on openSUSE Leap 42.3 and @git-ingham has done it on openSUSE Tumbleweed.

sudo zypper addrepo --type yast2 https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/brave-rpm-release/x86_64/ brave-rpm-release

--type doesn't work on Tumbleweed, I get the following warning

Legacy commandline option --type detected. This option is ignored.

I tried to modify the repo manually on /etc/zypp/repos.d/ to yast2, but as @tqdv pointed it out, it reverts automatically back to rmp-md after refreshing the repository
