Description

Click on You tube shortcut causes brave browser to open new window, which results first video to start playing automatically in the background in the window 1 and second video to start playing in second window

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make Brave as Default browser (Settings->System->Default apps)
2. Create You tube shortcut on desktop / create shortcut to URL
3. Launch Brave with clean profile
4. Open you tube.com
5. Play any video (e.g. video 1)
6. Close the browser
7. Click on You tube shortcut and play different video (e.g. video 2)

Actual result:
Brave will open as two windows, each video in its own window. The first video will start playing automatically in the background in the window 1 and second video will start playing in second window

Expected result:
Brave should open single window and both video 1 and video 2 should open in different tabs in the same window.
