Description

Similar to #13279, Allow in Private is enabled by default for Google Hangout extension. brave/brave-core#7579 which fixes #13506 to disable Allow in private for CW/Greaselion should also be applicable to Google hangouts extension

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Follow steps from [Security] Crypto Wallet/Greaselion should not be allowed to run on Private/Tor windows by default #13506 except look for Google Hangouts

Actual result:

Allow in private should be disabled by default

Easy

Brave version (brave://version info)

Brave 1.20.76 Chromium: 88.0.4324.79 (Official Build) nightly (64-bit)
Revision bd1e9353659b2491dac971226a973ca3b5684a14-refs/branch-heads/4324@{#1520}
