[CLOSED] On retina display, visual glitch when dialog is open and animation occurs

1. On a retina display, do File > Install Extension...
2. Paste an extension zip URL and hit Install

Result: Brief visual glitch in the modal background shield -- looks like some rectangles flicker in and out. This seems to be related to the spinner CSS animation in the dialog. I've also hit this when opening the About dialog, probably because of the spinner that shows up in there as well.

I can't repro this with the new CEF, although I can't repro it in sprint 26 either for some reason. In any case, seems like we can close it.
