Imported GenericGamepad.java into my own branch
Used Obi23, 2023_ChargedUp, and BaseTalonFXSwerve code.
Fixed the error where with my implementation of GenericGamepad using Obi23's and 2023_ChargedUp code made RobotContainer() not exist anymore, replaced it with RobotContainer(this), I also moved Generic Gamepad to libraries to keep the code organized.
