The link to the issues page on CONTRIBUTING.md uses ./issues to link to the issues page, which redirects to a non-existing page (https://github.com/boswelja/NASdroid/blob/main/issues) when one clicks on the file when viewing the project on github.
This PR fixes this behavior by changing the relative link to an absolute one.
