   I don't know what the purpose of this question is, but there is.

   Features used by many people, such as the default option, are priority.

   As a user, it is natural not to know all internal information or development details, so you don't have to worry about it if it's wrong.

   I don't know the intention of the question, but..
   There was a spam several times, but I reported it to GitHub and processed. (There issues are deleted by GitHub)
   There was an example of creating a commit by stealing other people's emails. Add Github Actions && install script && rename Install.sh to install.sh #60
   This was an opportunity to specify the code of conduct.

You didn't understood the fourth question, I think marking priorities of bugs with tags.

E.g. Fatal, Critical, Major, Medium, Minor, Low, Very Low.

To be exactly, I haven't got motivated to express importance on all issues with tags yet.
