NACK. Please stop spamming this repository and the list of people here. I am not aware that anyone in this list consents to being included here. In fact there are several that wished to be taken off the list. I can't speak for others, but I certainly don't want to be involved in this and I don't want to further my responsibilities in Bitcoin apart from quality assurance where I voluntarily provide my feedback.

By June 1st, 2021, the Stewards shall convene an open meeting to nominate and
ratify (via 15/23 supermajority) the election of at least 3 BIP Editors to
replace Jaime Caring. Such nominations must be accepted before being ratified.
BIP Editors may be drawn from the Bitcoin Community at large, and may also be
Stewards. However, Stewards must step down from the Stewardship position upon
ratification.

Stewards may be replaced by either a supermajority (above 2/3) vote or by a
nomination from the Steward stepping down with a simple majority (above 1/2).

The initial Stewards were not contacted in their selection and have played no
role in the formation of OpenBIPs, unless Jaime Caring represents one such
Steward. As such, Stewards may not wish to participate in this process.

Should Stewards fail to acknowledge their role by May 1st, 2021, the other
Stewards should act to replace them.

Stewards may form and ratify new procedural documents for the BIP Process and
Stewardship Governance via creating BIP-0003. Edits to BIP-0003 are exempt from
the usual process of Editor approval, and must be approved by a super majority
of Stewards. BIP-0004 may be created and actively maintained by the current BIP
Editors to define their current agreed upon workflows.
