Remove Unnecessary json converters Add AllTagEvents entry in Swap domain.
* Add startup logic as a plugin. * implement whole methods to jsonrpcserver.
`NLoopOptions` and `IEventStoreConnection` has been initialized in the app startup. But since the config values might change *after* the startup in case of c-lightning plugin mode. We delay the instantiation until we really need it.
for nloopd to work fine as a cln plugin, it must handle SIGTERM nicely, but `InvocationLifetime` from `System.CommandLine` does not do this (for unknown reason) so override it by default `ConsoleLifetime`.
This reverts commit 7db4c87.
so that classes which requires Options will used lazily-initialized value with cln `init` message.
To handle the case that channel is private.
and fix compiler error.
