Initial Release

The initial release of Biosynonyms contains the following:

1. A data model for storing synonyms (implemented using TSVs, loaded using Pydantic)
2. Functions for loading and writing synonyms
3. A few manual curations of positive and negative synonyms
4. Functionality for loading up Gilda terms for NER/NEN
