Transfer To Vault GitHub Page

🚧 Since there are too many notes in this GitHub Page (and there might be more), I decided to move all the notes to another GitHub Page that is dedicated to preserving the notes in case it exceeds memory limit in the future.

💡 So far the major concern is the notes, not sure if I will transfer the project pages to vault as well (To be decided).
