En préparation de la migration de inclusion-connect vers pro-connect, on peut déjà créer la colonne pour l'id pro-connect.
Cette PR ajoute aussi la tache rake qui permettra d'insérer pour chaque compte avec un id inclusion-connect, l'id pro-connect correspondant.
