New environments and bugfixes

This release adds the contextual environment and adds satiation effects for the topics environment.

Also included are minor bugfixes.

Allow make to be top-level importable

This release allows the make function to be top-level importable, in line with the example in the README.

Furthermore the release removes the dependency on wpyfm when only the environments are installed.

First public release.
