Some applications are deployed in a non-root path (eg www.example.com/myapp/), and will_filter makes that difficult by hard-coding /wf/ all over the place. It would be really awesome if that were configurable so that /wf/ could become /myapp/wf/ instead.

Good point. I think you can solve this by creating custom routes. I just released the 3.1 version of the gem and will make this an option in the configuration.
