Add Comparisons

To indicate which dataset comparison are available you need to provide a Comparisons.txt tab-delimited file. This file will gives indication to Bacnet to access all Log(Fold Change) values for creating Expression and Protein Atlases.

Each unique comparison found in the Comparisons.txt file in your database is listed in the table. The actual number of comparisons present in the file is stated on the right of your screen.

Click on Validate Comparisons database and verify that each Validated box is checked. If not click on Add unvalidated Comparisons to the database.

When each comparisons is validated click on Create Transcriptomics Comparisons table. In the console is printed the path to the created file.

Now pursue on the Transcriptomics panel.
